Description
The function of Bromine is similar to Chlorine being products to treat pool water and preventing the development of micro organisms (such as algae).The advantage of this range of products for the treatment of water is that it does not produce irritation in the eyes and does not leave odors as the chlorine can leave them. Bromine is recommended when small children or people with fragile skin is bathing in the pool. Its cost is slightly higher than the cost of chlorine.

Advantages of Bromide treatment:

- Product recommended for hydrotherapy and acclimatised pools because it maintains its effectiveness for disinfection up to 40 degrees centigrade
Method of use:
- Permanent chlorination is recommended
- Shock treatment: 100 g of bromide for 10 m³ of water. We should not directly add the product to the pool without previously dissolving it in water
- During the swimming season: We recommend doing a shock treatment every 15 days and whenever the water is cloudy.
