  1. OBJECTIVE AND BASE OF THE LEGITIMATION

The data will be handled with the aim of processing and responding to any doubts or enquiries that may arise.

The base for the legitimation of the handling is your consent to the same.

  1. DATA COMMUNICATION

Your data will not be transferred, sold, rented or made available to any form of third parties, except to those GRE and FLUIDRA service providers, who perform certain activities for GRE and FLUIDRA, but who under no circumstance will handle the data for their own aims. Some of these providers may be outside of the European Union, as indicated in the section “International Transfers”.

  1. PREPARATION OF PROFILES

We can prepare a profile by means of analysing your behaviour on the website, showing you products that can be of your interest, based on the preferences shown by means of your browsing, or information obtained through cookies.

This personalisation is partially automatic, in the sense that GRE and FLUIDRA define the parameters of the personalisation, but the technological platform is what generates the user profile. 

  1. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

FLUIDRA, as a company with international projection, has international suppliers that can provide its services from outside of the EU, therefore your data may be handled outside of the European Union or the European Economic Area.

In any case, GRE and FLUIDRA will assure that the mentioned treatment of data is always protected with the opportune guarantees, that may include:

  • Standard Clauses approved by the EU: These are contracts approved by European regulator and provide enough guarantee that the treatment complies with the requirements established by the European Regulation for Data Protection.

  • Certifications of third parties: For example, the Privacy Shield, framework agreement between the EU and the United States that establishes a standardised framework for the treatment of data according to the European Data Protection Regulation.

  1. DURATION OF THE TREATMENT

All the data you provide to us will be treated as long as necessary to resolve your request or consultation.

After the period initiated in this section finishes, GRE and FLUIDRA will maintain your data duly anonymised with statistical aims or for market studies, if possible, or duly blocked to comply with any legal obligation of the company.

  1. EXERCISING YOUR RIGHTS

At any time, you may revoke your consent to any of the previously indicated treatment.
